We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Agent to join our evening team. As an Industrial Maintenance Agent
, you’ll be part of the maintenance team and responsible for the cleanliness of the machines and the plant in general.

What does housekeeping involve at an AO Smith plant?
- Cleaning tank production machinery (scraping, washing and rinsing);
- Removing welding particles using vacuum or hand tools (narrow spaces);
- Climb to heights using 10-foot stepladders to clean pipes, beams and machine tops;
- Clean floors;
- Vacuum floors;
- Respect cleaning and safety protocols.
The prerequisites for success in this job position are:
- Experience in heavy industrial cleaning;
- No fear of getting dirty;
- No fear of heights or claustrophobia;
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions;
- Be in good physical condition to perform physical tasks such as lifting light loads.
